Registration Deadline

Please complete and submit the requested registration information no later than January 24, 2024 . It is imperative that you register early as you will need an Australian visa.  The earlier you register, the faster you will receive the visa.

Passport and Visa Requirements and Fees

Passport valid for at least six months beyond your departure date from Australia will be required for all attendees traveling on the Success Summit program. (passport to be valid through at least October 1, 2024)

  • An Australian visa is required for all attendees. Each attendee will be responsible for obtaining their own visa PRIOR to travel.
  • You will be responsible for the cost of obtaining an Australian visa for you and your invited guest. The cost is AUD20 or approximately $13 USD.
  • Most of you will be eligible for the Electronic Travel Authority (Subclass 601), please go to this website for more information and how to apply for this.  If you are having problems with the application process, please contact the Travel Team at [email protected].  If you feel you do not qualify for the ETA, please contact the Australian Consulate in Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York or San Francisco or the Australian Embassy in Washington, D.C.  The Travel team is unable to give any legal, immigration, customs, or citizenship advice or recommendations.
  • We highly recommend you make additional copies of your passport and visa and bring these with you in case your passport is lost or stolen. Do not carry these copies in the same location as your passport.

Currency

The official currency is the Australian Dollar. You may exchange currency before you depart the US at your US airport (if offered). Both hotels have ATMs. The Sheraton Mirage cannot exchange monies but the Four Seasons is able to exchange up to $500 USD.

Air Travel

Airline Arrangements:

We will begin making the airline arrangements for your trip upon completion of your online registration. Flights will be selected for you based on program guidelines and in accordance with the program’s designated airfares. Please be aware that the rules associated with these designated airfares may require:

  • Traveling on a preselected airline carrier
  • Use of a non-refundable, non-transferable ticket
  • Any upgrades will be at your own expense

Frequent Flyer Guidelines:

Frequent flyer programs vary from airline to airline. Please be aware of the following general guidelines:

  • Availability of frequent flyer upgrades is extremely limited.
  • Due to negotiated airfares, the use of your frequent flyer airline or frequent flyer upgrade may incur additional costs or may not be possible.

Special Flight Requests:

Should you require special travel arrangements, such as one-way travel, please submit your travel details in the special request section when you register.
